To keep your accounts safe, we are making Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mandatory for everyone starting November 3, 2026.

What does this mean for you?
Starting November 3, the first time you log in, you will be prompted to set up MFA if you haven't done so already.

You can choose between two setup options:

Preferred & Recommended — Authenticator App

Scan a QR code using an authenticator app of your choice (such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator). Once paired, the app generates a temporary code to enter alongside your password every time you sign in.

Alternative Option — Email Verification

Receive a one-time passcode sent directly to your registered email address whenever you log in.

Note: Email verification provides a lower level of account protection compared to an authenticator app.

Why are we doing this?
MFA adds a powerful extra layer of security to your account. Even if your password is ever compromised, no one can access your account without your second authentication factor.

Our recommendation: 
Set it up now! You don't have to wait until November 3. If you haven't enabled MFA yet, we have sent an email to guide you through the setup process. (sender noreply@notifications.supplyx-tech.com)

Upload Documents
Upload your own documents directly to the Digital Platform – supported formats include PDF files, Excel (xls, xlsx), Word (doc, docx), and images (jpeg, png, webp).

Rename & Categorize
Documents can be renamed and assigned to appropriate categories after upload.

Share Documents
Uploaded documents will be automatically shared through the platform with your responsible SupplyX operational representative.

Version History
Every action – upload, share, download – is tracked in the document's version history.
